MENS STRETCH CLASS
Friday 6-7am. Stretching is so much better with a hammock! We understand everyone deserves to feel the amazing benefits of the hammock without having to practice yoga.
These classes are designed to meet the unique needs of men. Emphasizing greater range of movement, strength, stability, flexibility. Limited range of motion can lead to pain, injury and poor overall performance.
The soft tissues that surround the joint determine joint movement. If muscles become shortened due to overuse or underuse, this can alter the way joints move. There is only one way to find out. Come and feel the benefits.
Our Wednesday evening classes are back, this class is focused on the Fundamentals of AntiGravity® yoga and is perfect if you are a first-time student; the class is also open to any existing students who may want an introductory to medium level class.
We highly recommend that, if you are considering trying yoga in the AntiGravity Hammock for the first time, one or two of these classes is the best way to discover the excitement and joy of moving freely in all directions of open space.
The class is structured in the tradition of a classic yoga flow class while building safe, foundational movements incorporating zero compression inversions, suspended and grounded stretching and fun! No previous yoga or hammock experience is needed and after one or two of these classes you have the option of trying some of the other, more challenging classes that require a few hours of hammock experience.
